At RoyaleBreeze INC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through royalebreeze.ca and complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Have all original safety seals, caps, and packaging intact.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Email our Customer Support team at orders@royalebreeze.ca.
Include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label (where applicable); and
- Instructions for returning your item.

Returns should be shipped only after receiving return authorization from our team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Leaking
Defective
Incomplete
Incorrect

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution as required under applicable Canadian consumer laws.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used products
Products with broken safety seals
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items (unless required by law)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your eligible unopened item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

We shipped the incorrect item;
The product arrived damaged or defective; or
Refund of shipping charges is otherwise required under applicable law.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a damaged product, or a defective item, RoyaleBreeze INC will cover the cost of return shipping.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
